ACR Services was contacted by a homeowner to do an emergency service dry down of a property in Chino, California. The homeowners washing machine overflowed, which affected her laundry room, kitchen, pantry and dining room. Upon arrival the homeowner disclosed that the property was built in the 1930’s (pre 1982 structures have a potential for asbestos in their building materials). Based on that information, we were limited in the techniques we could use to dry down the structure. By using state of the art equipment and techniques ACR Services dried this homeowner’s property within 2 days time.
